PCAL Members
Chairperson
The Premier's Council for Active Living (PCAL) is chaired by an independent chairperson, Elizabeth (Libby) Darlison. Libby has extensive experience in the field of physical activity as an academic, government bureaucrat and independent consultant. She is particularly interested in the creation of environments that facilitate physical activity, and the establishment of policies and high level strategies that result from partnerships and strategic alliances across government, and between government, business and civil society. Libby is currently Director of the Miller Group - Management and Social Issues Consultants and is also a member of the Board of the NSW Institute of Sport and the Western Parklands Stakeholder Alliance. She has chaired a number of Ministerial Committees.
